162 Clause 40, page 38, line 34, at end insert —
`(6A) A person shall be guilty of an offence if he intentionally obstructs any person exercising the power of entry and search under subsection (3) or (4).
(6B) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (6A) shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.'.
