§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Mackay of Clashfern)My Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to consolidate enactments relating to extradition under the Criminal Justice Act 1988, the Fugitive Offenders Act 1967 and the extradition Acts 1870 to 1935, with amendments to give effect to recommendations of the Law Commission and the Scottish Law Commission.
