My Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Report stage of the Water Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for one hour and that during the adjournment the Committee stage of the Common Land (Rectification of Registers) Bill and the Report stage of the Licensing (Amendment) Bill will be taken.
