§ Lord Brabazon of TaraMy Lords, I beg to move that this House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 5 to 7 en bloc. At the same time I should also like to speak to Amendments Nos. 16 to 20.
These are drafting amendments to make it clear that compulsory basic training will apply to riders of motorcycle and side-car combinations as well as solo machines. All the amendments seek to clarify the law relating to combinations.
