Viscount LongMy Lords, after the Second Reading of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Bill, my noble friend the Leader of the House will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the European Council in Strasbourg. This will be followed by my noble friend Lord Brabazon of Tara who will, again with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on the Vietnamese boat people.
