§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Mackay of Clashfern)My Lords, I have to acquaint the House that the Clerk of the Parliaments has received a letter from the Judicial Greffier of the Royal Court of Jersey informing him that the Marquess of Bristol was, on 7th October 1988, convicted at that court of the offences of importing and possessing a controlled drug and was sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment.
