225 Clause 230, page 101, line 32, leave out from 'shall' to end of line 34 and insert 'authorise the licensee to do—

  1. (a) in the case of a licence available by virtue of section 221, everything which would be an infringement of the design right in the absence of a licence;
  2. (b) in the case of a licence available by virtue of section 222, everything in respect of which a licence is so available.'.

226 Leave out Clause 232.

227 Clause 233, page 102, line 21, leave out 'this Part' and insert 'section 230 or 231 (settlement of terms of licence of right)'.
