§ Lord StrathclydeMy Lords, with the leave of the House, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 223 and 224 en bloc. For the convenience of the House, I should like to speak also to Amendments Nos. 226, 227, 231, 232, 235, 236, 308, 337, 338 and 399. This group of amendments introduces a more logical approach to the way in which appeals from decisions of the comptroller are dealt with. It also makes a small change to the provisions involving the patents county courts to reflect the fact that under the Bill more than one such court may be designated.
§ Moved, That the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 223 and 224 en bloc.—(Lord Strathclyde.)
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
