§ Lord Young of GraffhamMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 169. This is a drafting amendment in the definition of computer generated work in Clause 168. Amendment No. 240 makes the equivalent amendment in Clause 246 in the designs part of the Bill. In both cases it should not matter whether one computer is used, or several. The implication of the singular by the use of "a" is wrong. I commend the amendment to the House.
