168 Clause 162, page 69, line 44, leave out 'such'.

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 168. This is a drafting point. The word "such" is not wanted. It is not only provisions which correspond to provisions in the previous law which may be interpreted by reference to earlier court decisions. I commend the amendment to the House.
