§ Lord StrathclydeMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 168. This is a drafting point. The word "such" is not wanted. It is not only provisions 316 which correspond to provisions in the previous law which may be interpreted by reference to earlier court decisions. I commend the amendment to the House.
