§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Housing Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this adjournment the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) (Prospective Cost Regulations 1988, the Advice and Assistance (Assistance by Way of Representation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1988 and the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (Codes of Practice) Order 1988 will be taken.
