A Message was brought from the Commons that they have made the following orders:

That further proceedings on the Bill be suspended until the next Session of Parliament;

That if a Bill is presented in the next Session in the same terms as those in which the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Bill stood when proceedings on it were suspended in this session—

  1. (a) the Bill so presented shall be ordered to be printed and shall be deemed to have been read the first and second time, to have been reported from the Select Committee and a, have been re-committed to a Standing Committee; and
  2. (b)the Standing Orders and practice of the House applicable to that Bill, so far as complied with in this Session, shall be deemed to have been complied with in the next Session;

That this Order be a Standing Order of the House.
