A Message was brought from the Commons that they have made the following orders:

That further proceedings on the Bill shall be suspended until the next Session of Parliament;

That if a Bill is presented in the next Session which is the same in every respect as the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Bill when it was presented in this Session—

  1. (a) the Bill shall be ordered to be printed and shall be deemed to have been read the first time; and
  2. (b) the Standing Orders of the House applicable to the Bill, so far as complied with or dispensed with in this Session shall be deemed to have complied with or (as the case may be) dispensed with in the next Session;

That this Order be a Standing order of the House.
