§ Lord BeaverbrookMy Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lady Young, I beg to introduce a Bill to require the payment to the Governments of the United Kingdom and of the Republic of Ireland of the surplus funds of the Irish Sailors and Soldiers Land Trust, and to make provision for the winding up and dissolution of the trust.
