§ Baroness HooperMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 128 to 130. These are consequential repeals, tidying up the references to maintained special schools in the 1968 (No. 2) Act, and, for the 1980 Act, reflecting the recoupment amendments and new clause for cross-border recoupment in the Education (Scotland) Act 1980.
