§ Baroness HooperMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 124 to 126. These amendments clarify the provisions already in the Bill to ensure that aided and special agreement schools will not require new instruments of government to be made as a result of the enactment of the Bill, as the provisions in Clause 4 concerning the composition of their governing bodies merely repeat the provisions in the 1980 Act, and all their instruments of Government should therefore comply already.
