My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Caithness will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is being made in another place on visas.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that proceedings on the Public Order Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this adjournment the Third Reading of the York City Council Bill will be taken.
