§ Baroness HooperMy Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lady Young, I beg to introduce a Bill to establish an incorporated board of trustees of the trusts contained in the trust instrument set out in the schedule to the Chevening Estate Act 1959 to confer functions on and to transfer property, rights and liabilities to the board, to amend the trust instrument; and for purposes connected therewith. I beg to move that this Bill be now read a first time.
