My Lords, I beg to move that this House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 2. Clause 4(4)(c) lists those paragraphs of Schedule 2 which amend or modify legislation which extends to the Isle of Man. and provides for those amendments or modifications also to extend to the Isle of Man.

Paragraph 3 was added during the Report stage of the Bill in your Lordships' House. The present amendment, made in another place, includes that paragraph in the list to which I have just referred. I beg to move.
