These are related drafting amendments which clarify the use in the Bill of the terms "authorised insurers" and "fees", and expand the definition of "bank" in the Solicitors Act 1974 and in the Bill. I think I can call them all drafting amendment. If the House gives permission I therefore move Amendments Nos. 16 and 17 together and will move the others separately. I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 16 and 17.
