My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Gray of Contin, I beg to introduce a Bill to confirm a Provisional Order under the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act 1936, relating to a Church of Scotland Trust (Amendment) Order Confirmation Bill. I beg to move that this Bill be now read a first time.
