My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Gray of Contin, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to confirm a Provisional Order under the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act 1936, relating to Associated British Ports (Port of Ayr). I beg to move that this Bill be now read a first time.
