The Earl of Swinton

My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lady Young will, with the leave of the House, repeat in the form of a Statement the Answer to a Private Notice Question in another place on the potential famine disaster in the Sudan. That will be followed by my noble friend Lord Trefgarne who, again with the leave of the House, will repeat a Statement on airports policy.
