My Lords, I beg to move the second Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

I regret that there is also an error in this list in that the name of the noble Lord, Lord Kilmarnock, should appear in place of the noble Lord, Lord Kennet. This, again, was the list that was agreed by the Committee of Selection. I beg to move.
