My Lords, there are six of these amendments, and, with your Lordships' permission, I shall take Amendments Nos. 1, 2, 5 and 6 together and Amendments Nos. 3 and 4 separately, for a reason which will shortly appear. In each case I shall be moving that the House doth agree with the Commons in their amendment.
