My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 6. At the same time I wish to speak to Commons Amendment No. 10. Commons Amendments Nos. 6 and 10 replace references in paragraph 5(3) and 5(4) of the schedule to the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1960 by references to the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984. These amendments are appropriate because Parliament has recently passed the 1984 Act consolidating Scottish mental health legislation. I beg to move.
