My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Trefgarne will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement to be made in another place on Mr. Dikko. This will be followed by my noble friend Lord Lucas of Chilworth, who, again with the leave of the House, will repeat a Statement on the bus industry.

It may also be for the convenience of your Lordships if I announce that the Report stage of the Trade Union Bill will be adjourned for dinner at approximately 7 p.m. for a short period. During this adjournment the Education Support Grants Regulations 1984 will be taken.
