§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 3. This amendment simply amends a drafting error in paragraph 24(2) of Schedule 6 to the Bill. This ought to refer to the Medical Act 1956, and not to the present Bill. I beg to move.
