1432§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 2. This is a drafting correction to paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Bill, which contains a saving for registrations, entries and notes made under the Acts repealed by the Bill. The present wording of the paragraph is too wide for its intended purpose, and this is rectified by the present amendment. I beg to move.
