2 Schedule 4, page 119, line 22, at end insert—
15. In section 128(1)(b) of the Mental Health Act 1959 for the words "this Act" in both places where they occur there shall be substituted the words "the Mental Health Act 1983".".
§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 2. This is an amendment which merely makes a necessary consequential change to Section 128 of the Mental Health Act 1959 (which is not of itself being consolidated) to take account of the present Bill. I therefore beg to move.
