§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their 1050 Amendment No. 1. It is a drafting amendment. It is necessary to bring the wording of Clause 2(4) of the Bill exactly into line with that of Section 25(4) of the Mental Health Act 1959, from which it is derived. I therefore beg to move.
