§ The Chairman of Committees acquainted the House that (pursuant to the resolution of 14th October last) the Bills had been deposited in the Private Bill Office, together with the declarations of the agents; the Bills were accordingly presented, read a first time, read a second time pro forma, and reported from the Select Committees and the Unopposed Bill Committees with amendments.
