§ The Chairman of Committees acquainted the House that (pursuant to the resolution of 14th October last) the Bills had been deposited in the Private Bill Office, together with the declarations of the agents; the Bills were accordingly presented, read a first time, and then read a second time pro forma, and reported from the Select Committees on opposed and unopposed provisions with amendments.
