My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Elton will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement which is to be made in another place on royalty protection.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that dinner will be available at the usual time this evening.

The Report stage of the Criminal Justice Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour. During this adjournment the Third Reading of the Local Government and Planning (Scotland) Bill will be taken.
