§ Lord LyellMy Lords, in moving Amendment No. 200, with the leave of your Lordships' House, I would wish to speak also to Amendment No. 241. Amendment No. 200 is a technical amendment rectifying an omission in paragraph 5(4) of Schedule 2, and Amendment No. 241 is a consequential amendment upon that. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 200.
