199 Schedule 2, page 118, line 13, at end insert— ("( ) in paragraph 12(1)(d), for the word "provided", there shall be substituted the words "set aside";

My Lords, this is a technical amendment to Schedule 2 of the Bill, which provides that in paragraph 12(1)(d) of the old Schedule 8, which is to be renumbered Schedule 8A, the words "set aside" shall be substituted for the word "provided". This is an accountancy concept, and we believe it clarifies the Bill. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 199.
