§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 119 and if the House agrees, I should like to move with it Amendment No. 120. These amendments require the Secretary of State to prescribe by regulations the form of definitive map orders. They specify that these orders shall contain a map to a prescribed scale showing details of the modifications encompassed by the order. I beg to move.
