§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 118. This relatively simple amendment will enable surveying authorities when faced with a request for a certified copy of a definitive map and statement for use in connection with legal proceedings to produce either the complete definitive map and statement or the relevant extract.
