125 Clause 57, page 49, line 32, leave out 'public rights of way', and insert 'footpaths and bridleways'.

My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their amendment No. 125. This is a technical amendment which acknowledges the fact that Clause 57 concerns the amendment of legislation which relates only to footpaths and bridleways, as opposed to public rights of way in the more general sense. I beg to move.
