§ The Earl of MansfieldMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 127. This drafting amendment makes it clear that the various parts of the Bill applied to cohabiting couples by Clause 16(3) have effect only for the duration of the relevant court order giving occupancy rights to the non-entitled partner.
