36 Schedule 3, page 99, line 43, leave out from "in" to end of line 45 and insert "which—

  1. (i) the jurisdiction or powers of a county court or the judge of a county court may be exercised by a registrar or some other officer of the court; or
  2. (ii) the jurisdiction or powers of the registrar of a county court may be exercised by some other officer of the court;".
