HL Deb 20 January 1981 vol 416 c347

The Lord Chancellor rose to move, That the draft order laid before the House on 2nd December be approved.

The noble and learned Lord said: My Lords, I beg to move that the Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland Consequential Amendments) Order 1981, a draft of which was laid before the House on 2nd December 1980, be approved. This order is purely consequential. It is partly consequential on the consolidation Order in Council dealing with the enforcement of judgments in Northern Ireland with which I have just dealt, and for the rest is consequential on earlier enactments dealing with the same subject. I beg to move.

Moved, That the draft order laid before the House on 2nd December be approved.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
