111 Schedule 2, page 56, line 27, at end insert'; and (b) after subsection (2) there shall be inserted the following subsection— (3) For the purposes of subsections (1) and (2) above, 'appellant' includes not only a person who has lodged a note of appeal but also one who has lodged an intimation fo intention to appeal.".'.

My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 108 to 111. These are purely drafting amendments designed to clarify the use of the word "appellant" in Schedule 2. I beg to move.
