§ The Earl of MANSFIELDMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 78, 79 and 80 en bloc. The purpose of these drafting amendments is to make clear that a sheriff court enforcing a High Court fine has the same powers as it would have if it had imposed the fine itself, which includes the discretion to transfer the fine to another court under Section 196(1) of the 1975 Act.
