224 Clause 47, page 58, line 3, leave out from "section" to end of line 13, and insert requires the company not to make any, or any specified, alteration in its memorandum or articles then, notwithstanding anything in the Companies Acts, the company shall not have power without the leave of the court to make any such alteration in breach of that requirement.

(5A) Any alteration in the memorandum or articles of the company made by virtue of an order under this section shall be of the same effect as if duly made by resolution of the company and the provisions of the Companies Acts shall apply to the memorandum or articles as so altered accordingly."
