My Lords, with the leave of the House, my noble friend Lord Trenchard will repeat at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon a Statement which is to be made in another place on the postal monopoly.

It may also be to the convenience of your Lordships if I announce that dinner will be available this evening at the usual time. The Committee stage of the Tenants' Rights, Etc. (Scotland) Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 o'clock for approximately an hour. The Summer Time Order will be taken during this adjournment.
