§ 3 p.m.
§ Moved, That the Bill be now read 3a.—(Lord Paget of Northampton.)
Lord WYNN-JONESMy Lords, I should like to take this opportunity of congratulating my noble friend on having got through a Bill with a short, unusual Title, and on having got it through without a single amendment. I think that this is quite an achievement and he is to be congratulated. My opinion of the Bill remains as I expressed it at Second Reading.
§ On Question, Bill read 3a accordingly.
§ Moved, That the Bill do now pass.—(Lord Paget of Northampton.)
§ On Question, Bill passed, and sent to the Commons.
