Clause 5, page 6, line 16, after 'country' insert '(subject to such exceptions, if any, as may be specified in the order)'.

My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 1. This Amendment is designed to ensure that an order made under Clause 5(1) may specify exceptions to the provisions which are applied to a non-Convention country by the order.
