The LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 en bloc, and with the leave of the House I will also deal with Amendments Nos. 33, 56 and 80. With the unification of the administration of all courts in Northern Ireland, it is possible also to unify the administration of funds in court, and. there arc clear advantages in so doing. These Amendments extend the provisions of the Bill to cover funds in the county courts, so that they will be dealt with in the same way as funds in the Surpeme Court. I beg to move.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendments.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
