§ The LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 19. With this Amendment I propose also to speak to Amendments Nos. 27, 48, 49 and 73. This group of Amendments seeks to extend the application of various sections of the Administration of Justice Act 1965, relating to investment provisions and funds in court, to the Supreme Court and county courts in Northern Ireland. I beg to move.
